Duena Catalina had the honor of being elevated at her Laurel's,Branwen of Werchesvorde, Baronial Investiture by the hands of Gabriel and Constanzia in AS XLIV..

Duena (Mistress) Catalina de Gata has been named an ambassador from the Spanish Courts of Fernando and Ysabel and lives in the Barony of Aneala with her German husband Herr Gunter von Kasselberg. In my time living in these lands I have served as various officers for the Barony of Aneala, including Arts and Sciences, Reeve, and Seneschal, as well as currently the Seneschal of the Incipient Canton of Aachenfeld. I have served as Chamberlain to their excellencies Lachlahn and Jane and am now a Lady in Waiting to her Excellency, Baroness Branwen. I receive the greatest joy in an event out of doing stuff...anything. Ok, so I am not good at just keeping still. Some of my best memories of events are often from the kitchen! I am apprentices to Mistress Baroness Branwen of Werchesvorde of the Laurel.

Current Interests:

Spanish and a smattering of Italian. I mostly do late 15th, early 16th century, though have done earlier periods as well.  I love needle lace, bead work, tablet weaving, embroidery and costuming. I am working on creating a more period campsite for myself, so far got the tent and had a rope bed (Until the termites ates it!) I enjoy Rapier fighting and training others though currently working on a combat archer kit, though it is a slow process.
