Mistress Anna's family is in trade and is based somewhere in the Low Countries late 16th Century.  Her alter-ego is Wil, Anna's twin brother, who is a cad and scoundrel, he loves to dance, fence and flirt. Unfortunately Wil  also likes to gamble using Anna's allowance.  So to make up for this, when he travels, Wil sends back all sorts of interesting clothes for Anna to wear. Currently Wil has a fascination with late period Venetian clothing.
